Who I am

Hey — I'm Caden. I'm a photographer, writer, and creative based in Southern California. I recently graduated from UCSB with a degree in Statistics & Data Science, but I've always been drawn more to stories than spreadsheets. 

I got my start in photography shooting cars (you'll find a lot of that here), but now I photograph just about everything — people, landscapes, machines — and I write about the things that impact me. Sometimes that's current events or cultural observations. Other times its short stories or reviews of movies, music, art, or cars.

Above all, I value authenticity. I want to make things that feel real, that connect real people, and tell real stories. I believe the only way to make truly captivating art is to make that which you are passionate about, not what you think an audience wants to see.  Whether it's through a photo series, an essay, or helping a brand figure out how to tell its story — I’m in it for the passion.
